Cancellation Policy
For Stays Charged at the Nightly Rate
- Full Refund if canceled at least 72 hours before arrival date.
- If canceled 24 - 72 hours before arrival date, we will retain 25% of the total reservation.
- If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you do not show up for your reservation by the arrival date, we will retain 50% of the total reservation.
For Stays Charged at the Weekly Rate
- Full Refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
- If canceled 1-7 days before arrival date, we will retain 25% of the total reservation.
- If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you do not show up for your reservation by the arrival date, we will retain 50% of the total reservation.
- Full Refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date.
- If canceled 7-15 days before arrival date, we will retain 10% of the total reservation.
- If canceled 3-7 days before arrival date, we will retain 25% of the total reservation. - If canceled 24 - 72 hours before arrival date, we will retain 35% of the total reservation.
- If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you do not show up for your reservation by the arrival date, we will retain 50% of the total reservation.
