Transient Rates:

Day Dockage - $5.50 per 3-hour period ($16.5 charge for daytime utility use) or Annual Day Dockage permit of $150.00 +HST (only between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and NOT valid on West side of Town Dock)

Overnight Dockage: (Applicable taxes not included)

Daily - $2.35/ ft (including Town Utility Surcharge)

Weekly* - $10.50 / ft + $1.05 /ft Town Utility Surcharge 

Monthly* - $34.00 / ft + $3.40 / ft Town Utility Surcharge

*Weekly and Monthly rates must be paid in advance at time of registration/on arrival. 

Please note: Minimum 2-night booking applies on advance reservations for Canada Day weekend and the August long weekend. Payment for these bookings is due at the time of booking.

$77.50 /ft +HST(LOA)* + 10% Utility Surcharge from Town of Parry Sound

• Bathroom, Shower, Laundry, and BBQ facilities 

Terms and Conditions: 

• Deposit of $500.00 must be received to reserve seasonal slips. 
• Deposits are non-refundable
• No seasonal slips will be reserved without a deposit.
• The minimum vessel length to be charged on A dock is 36 feet or overall length
• The minimum vessel length to be charged on B dock is 30 feet or overall length
• The minimum vessel length to be charged on C dock is 21 feet or overall length
• For all slips, the measured overall length of the vessel is charged (This includes bow pulpit, swim platform, and davits)
• Tenders 12’ or less that fit entirely within the slip are included in the seasonal rate. Any excess length over 12’ is charged at the seasonal rate. All tenders must fit within the assigned slip. 
• No credits will be applied on seasonal rates for non-utilization of hydro or water services
• Seasonal vessels utilizing 50 Amp or 2 x 30 Amp plugs will pay an additional $3.00/ft surcharge on the seasonal rate. B dock is only equipped with 1x30A per slip. 
• Slips on new Floating Break Wall will be charged a basic rate of $1500 + 10 % Town Surcharge + HST per season. No parking, water, or power is available for these slips. 

Credits Available on Seasonal Rates:

• No Car Parking $3.00/ft 
• No Seasonal Pumpout $4.00/ft
• No credits are available for slips on the Floating Break Wall

Final Payment: Final payments are due when seasonal contract is received by email. Otherwise the $500.00 deposit and seasonal slip assignment will be forfeited.
